Rehabilitate failing sewer, drain, and cast iron pipe from the inside, with little or no excavation. Trenchless lining restores your lines without tearing up slabs, parking lots, or landscaping, and gets your building back in service faster.
Cured-in-Place & Sectional Lining
Trenchless pipe lining rehabilitates a damaged pipe by installing a new liner inside the existing one. A resin-saturated liner is placed and cured in position, forming a smooth, jointless pipe-within-a-pipe that seals cracks, stops root intrusion, and restores flow. For a commercial property, that often means no jackhammered slab, no closed parking lot, and far less downtime than a traditional dig-and-replace.
It is not the right answer for every line. A fully collapsed or badly misaligned pipe still needs excavation and replacement, which is why every job starts with a camera inspection to confirm lining will actually work.

The right technique depends on what the camera finds inside your line.
A cured-in-place liner rehabilitates the full run, sealing cracks and root intrusion end to end.
A short liner patches a single damaged section without lining the entire pipe.
Line aging, scaling cast iron drain and sewer pipe to extend its life without a full tear-out.
Trenchless replacement that pulls a new pipe through while breaking the old one, for lines too far gone to line.
Trenchless works best when the host pipe is still structurally intact. It is a strong fit for:
